Delete your FangBot account and data
Request permanent deletion of your FangBot account and everything tied to it. You can do this here even after you’ve uninstalled the app — no sign-in required to ask.

How to request deletion
Submit the request form below, or email hello@fangbot.ai from your account address with the subject “Delete my account.” We verify ownership, then delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What happens to your data
A clear account of what leaves our systems and what we’re legally required to keep.
Permanently removed
- Your profile (email and name)
- Chat sessions and messages
- Images and voice input you uploaded
- Skills/agents and scheduled tasks you created
- Connected channel tokens (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta/Facebook)
- Push notification tokens
Retained, only as the law requires
- Billing and tax records held by our payment processor (Stripe), for the period required by law
- Limited security, fraud-prevention, or legally required records, kept only as long as the law requires
If you have an active paid plan (Pro or Max), your subscription will be cancelled as part of deletion. Billing is processed by Stripe, not the app store.
